Customized Item Return Policy
In Customized Item We only fix the issues. We didn’t return and refund items. If you feel any issue in our product, we will only fix that. If sizes are same and you customize color also that product is customizable.
We are offering customize Mattress to our customer according to their will. So, According to Infinity Home Trading LLC , there is NO REFUND AND RETURN on any type of mattress products.
Purchases That are Not Refundable
- Used mattress
- Any mattress products without a law label
- Made-to-measure items (i.e. custom and on-demand manufactured items)
- Products that have been modified, altered or washed
Mode of Cancellation:
Cancellation is only acceptable within 24 hours after placing of any order (online or by sales agent). Afterward there will be a deduction of bank charges (depends on amount). And there is no cash back on the customized orders.
